Back issues from vol. 22 (1997) onward are available through the Review office at $15 per single copy. These back issues and volumes may be ordered using this downloadable back issue form (pdf, opens in a new window).
Issues dated volume 21 no.2 or earlier have to be obtained from the William S. Hein Co. by calling toll-free in the U.S at 800-828-7571.
A cumulative index of v. 1-10 (1973-1983) is available from the Review Office for $4. The cumulative index for volumes 11-20 (1985-1996) is also available for $7. A copy of the Review's revised writer's guidelines may be obtained free by sending a legal-sized SASE.
